Purchasing a property abroad is a big decision to make and one that Boray can assist you with every step of the way, from the beginning of your search until you are entirely satisfied with your home in the Mediterranean.
What you can expect from Boray: –
Prior to Purchase
We will collect you from your hotel and escort you to view your chosen selection of properties. However if you do not see a property that suits your needs, we also have a land department so we can assist you with choosing your location and then our construction company can design and build your own bespoke property.
Once you have chosen a property then you will start the purchase procedure.
During the Purchase
We will act as the main point of contact between you and your builder; we will keep you updated with the progress of your property and send you regular pictures. We will assist you with any queries or problems you may have.
After Completion of the property
We will continue to be available to assist you with any queries or problems you may have. We can also provide you with advice on pool and garden maintenance, rental potential.
